Gary Rogliano, Chief Executive Officer
30 years of operations and financial experience including CEO of MAXJet Airways, CFO of the Pittston Companies and CEO of TransPacific Capital in New York. Gary was also a Partner with Ernst & Young's National Tax practice. Gary's transaction experience coupled with his hands-on, detail oriented approach to operations allows him to provide leadership to all aspects of the operation. Gary holds a BS Degree in Accounting from Fordham University.

Jeff Bitzer, Chief Operating Officer for INR-WV Operating, LLC
Jeff has 25 years of mining operations experience including President of Catenary Mine, senior level positions at Magnum Coal and others. A Professional Engineer, Jeff holds a BS in Mining Engineering from The West Virginia University.

Joey Davis, Vice President, Sales
Joey has more than 30 years coal sales experience including senior level positions with PenCoal and National Coal. Most recently Joey was Vice President Sales for The Converse Company. Joey has a B.A. from Western Kentucky University and attended the Masters program at The University of Louisville.

Kelly Henry, VP of HR and Administration
Kelly has 25 years of HR and operations experience including SVP of Human Resources for Pearle Vision, Vice President of People Services for MaxJet Airways and Senior Manager at KPMG. She holds a BS degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MLA from SMU.

Jeff DiStanlo, Vice President, Planning & Analysis
Jeff has held senior level finance positions at Circuit City and Fisher Scientific. He also worked for the Federal Reserve in Richmond, Virginia. Jeff holds a BS from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Charles B. "Chud" Dollison, Vice President and General Counsel
Chud was a partner at Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love, LLP for more than 10 years where he focused on coal and mineral law.  Chud holds a BS from Stetson University in Florida and a juris doctorate from The University of Richmond.

Gil Halasz, Director of Technology
Gil has more than 20 years experience consulting and working with all types of technology and security including for such companies as SyCom Technologies and Signet Trust Company. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Doug Sulanke, Controller
Doug has more than 15 years of accounting experience at such companies as Westvaco Corporation and Colfax Corporation. A CPA, Doug holds a B.S. in Accounting from James Madison University and an MBA from University of Richmond.
