| Each spring, INR sponsors the stocking of trout into Buffalo Creek, providing the local children the opportunity to enjoy fishing in this beautiful stream. |

| This year, INR initiated a scholarship fund as a partner in education with the local Man, West Virginia High School. INR is also a sponsor of the Central Virginia Food Bank
in Richmond, Virginia. |
